Your sponsorship helps the ASSP Hudson River Valley Chapter deliver a high-quality educational conference while increasing your organization’s visibility among EHS leaders, safety professionals, consultants, educators, and industry representatives from across the region.

Sponsors may receive recognition through conference signage, promotional emails, chapter communications, verbal acknowledgment during the conference, complimentary registrations, and opportunities to provide company literature or promotional materials, depending on the sponsorship level selected.

Gold Coffee Sponsor
Limited to two sponsors. Includes one complimentary conference registration. A vendor table is not included and must be purchased separately, subject to availability.

Gold Lunch Sponsor
Limited to two sponsors. Includes six complimentary conference registrations and an opportunity to provide company literature or promotional materials in a designated sponsor area. A vendor table is not included and must be purchased separately, subject to availability.

General Event Sponsor
Includes prominent recognition throughout the conference, six complimentary registrations, one complimentary vendor table with priority placement, and additional promotional opportunities.
