L’Oréal USA Research & Innovation is seeking an EHS Specialist for a full-time temporary position in Clark, NJ.
This is a 40-hour/week, two-year temporary role with the opportunity to become a full-time L’Oréal employee.
The position is on site 5 days per week and will support site-wide EHS programs, including:
- EHS data analytics, reporting, and dashboards
- Regulatory compliance and environmental programs
- Hazardous waste management
- Environmental permitting, including air permits
- EHS training, communication, and engagement
- Continuous improvement projects and audit preparation
Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of EHS experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, or CHMM are preferred.
